Co-creating Bonterra Tech’s Values

Bonterra was formed by bringing 4 different Tech-for-good companies together. While united at a high level, they came in with very different cultures. As part of Great Mondays, I co-created values that resonated across the organization. We did this by working hand in hand with 18 cultural ambassadors (not executives) over several months to define what mattered most to employees.
