Working in the Yay

A poem excerpted from The Great LeadHERship Awakening

Yay is how and why I do my thing

It’s the poetry of every word you sing

Yay is your very core

the thing you are

when you’re not keeping score

elevation inside revelation

escalation

hands in the air

wave ‘em like you just do care

Yay doubles up when

you share yours

micro moments

highlighted

reverberations

fly brighted

It ripples out as

pebbles

creating good treble

in a pond of venn

diagrams of who, where, how, and when

now and even oddly

sometimes

zen

Our work is a cohabitation

an impartation of

meaning and

meditation

pure presence

unfettered resonance

I offer a deep bow 

to your collective wow

an effervescing solar array

a multiverse bursting with Yay
